My staging approach is using what you already have and love to transform your home through decorative groupings of art or accessories creating an emotional connection to the space. Online buyers can easily browse interior shots of professionally staged rooms and virtually connect with your space. I want the buyer to "Feel Home".
My redesigning approach centers around understanding your family's style, needs and comfort and making those a priority. Vignettes are created to establish a more inviting feel or refresh a space. I highlight your pieces or collections to create a space that is the perfect reflection of you.

First Impressions
I will walk through your home room by room taking note of my first impressions noting what grabs me, what glares at me and what gives me a feeling of home.
Eliminating Clutter
The packing starts now. I pack away a good percentage of everything in the room in order to create a more clean, open and spacious feeling.
Emphasizing Positive Elements
Finding your focal points, I will emphasize what we love about the room and hide or distract the negative aspects of the rooms.
Lighten Up
Focusing on lighting and color, I will make each room into a bright, warm and inviting space buyers can respond to.
Home Buyer's Appeal
In order for a buyer to "feel home", they need to not be reminded of this being someone else's home. I will depersonalize the space while retaining the warmth.
